Sandi Baxter has been a licensed Realtor since 1981 in Virginia and since 1992 in Florida when she first moved to Ponte Vedra Beach. In Northern Virginia she was a Million Dollar Agent, New Home Sales Top Producer and acclaimed National MAME Award recipient.
